Nestled in Old Québec within the old walls of the once famous Café de la Paix, the brand new Le Clan restaurant offers an unparalleled gastronomic experience. Inspired by hunting and fishing, two passions of renowned Chef Stéphane Modat, Le Clan puts local Québec products at the forefront. The chef works intrinsically with several local producers to offer unique products to which he wants to pay tribute through his cuisine.
