On March 4 and 5, 2016, elite athletes will compete within the fortified walls surrounding the Old City, the site of Sprint Québec in 2012. The course will extend across Parliament Hill, a snowball's throw from the Plains of Abraham. Sports and history will be intertwined in this 407-year-old city.
