Lumière sur l'art

Come see the illuminated outdoor exhibit comprising a series of giant lamp shades installed on lampposts along avenue Cartier in the art district. As part of the only art display of its kind in the world, each lampshade is adorned with a work of art from the Musée national des beaux-arts de Québec. Absolutely gorgeous in the daytime, the lampshades form a stunning tableau when they are lit up at night: an urban art gallery that seems to hover above the street.
