The largest concentration of cross-country skiers and ski centres in Canada (45) is located in the Québec City region on both the North and South shores. Ski season starts in November and ends in April. The RSFR promotes cross-country skiing, encourages the sharing of expertise among member centres and seeks to improve safety standards. The RSFR has a directory of the facilities and services available (including snowshoeing and hiking trails) within a 150 km (93.1 mi.) radius of Québec City, including 10 within 20 km (12.4 miles). All trails (2500 km/1553.4 mi.) are groomed, with something for every taste and budget. Contact us through our website.
