Restaurant specializing in French cuisine and seafood. Chef Hervé Toussaint prepares different tables d'hôte menus every day based on the daily selection of market-fresh ingredients. Quail liver fondant with fruit compote, veal sweetbread in flaky pastry with leek and port sauce, marinated salmon, game and diced vegetable consommé, caribou filet with cranberries and black pepper, scallops au gratin with oyster mushrooms and loin of Québec lamb with onion and blackcurrant confit.
