The 63rd Quebec Winter Carnival opens with the Crowning of the Queen at Bonhomme's Ice Palace! Come and see the new Queen join the King of the festivities as Carnival royalty before your very eyes. Any Duchess could win. Maybe the Queen will hail from your Duchy this year! Who knows?
