This lyric version of the most popular rock opera in Quebec entertainment history premiered at Opéra de Québec in 2008. It returns with cast selected from the best of current opera singers.
Starmania chronicles the struggles of two young lovers as they fight the tyranny of the star system. Good and evil clash as the futuristic inhabitants of the city of Monopolis face the alienation and corruption that surrounds them.
