This traditional sugar shack takes its name from the eighteenth-century highway that crosses the grounds (Le Chemin du Roy is French for The King's Way). Close to the St. Lawrence River. Enjoy a typical sugar shack meal (reservations required) with live folk entertainment. New country-style menu. Sugar shack and maple grove tour. Cross-country skiing and hiking trails. Hours: sugar shack package available year-round (reservations required). Maple farm tours: mid-December to late April, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and May to October, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
