La Roulotte du «Coin» Ferme d'Oc

Our farm is located in the parish of Sainte-Famille on Île d'Orléans. The breathtaking view from the site changes with the seasons: the ice-covered St. Lawrence River in the winter; the warm oranges and reds of the leaves in the fall; or the flocks of white snow geese in the spring and fall. We respect traditional farming methods, letting the geese roam freely in the open air. We only use whole corn to force feed our birds, which is done by hand. We prepare all our gourmet products in our kitchens and do not use preservatives.
