Ancestral house on a lot that is 55 m (170 feet) wide giving onto the St. Lawrence River. All the kitchen appliances are new (2012). The house is fully equipped, with dishes, bedding, flat-screen TV, cable, Internet, Blu-ray, massage showerhead and clawfoot bathtub. Many services available in the village of Saint-Laurent, where the house is located: grocery store with liquor licence, golfing, tennis, marina, maritime interpretation centre and more.

Hours: a minimum stay of 5 nights. Rental fee is $1,500 for 5 nights and $1,800 for 7 nights. Rental period starts at 3 p.m. the first day and ends at 11 a.m. the last day.
