Those visiting Québec City on foot, by car or by bicycle can take the Québec City–Lévis ferry to cross between the North and South shores. The ferry provides an excellent vantage point for taking gorgeous photographs of the skyline. The frequent departure times means a return crossing may be done in 40 minutes. The ferry is part of the Route verte bike path network and connects two scenic bike paths on either side of the river: the Littoral in Québec City and the parcours des Anses in Lévis. Be sure to check out the exhibit onboard the ferry.
