Hours: indoor wall climbing centre Roc Gyms: open daily, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Ice climbing at Montmorency Falls: January 15 to March 10, daily, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Rock climbing near Québec City and Charlevoix: May 1 to November 1, daily, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fort Montmorency team building challenge: daily, year-round. Les Palissades mountain adventure park: May 1 to November 1 and January 15 to March 15. Via ferrata at Vallée Bras-du-Nord2016-02-05 May 1 to November 1. Open Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Closed: Closed December 25 and January 1.
