Our chocolate makers are hard at work in our kitchens. We have a unique approach to crafting chocolate, fudge, nougat and candy by hand. We only use the very best ingredients—pure cocoa butter and pure extracts—to create our edible works of art. Every bite is a journey around the world to discover the myriad types of chocolate and exotic flavours that serve as both template and muse.

Hours: year-round, Monday to Wednesday, *9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, *9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Terrace, June to September. *May only open at 10:30 a.m. at certain times of the year. For information, call 418-622-9595.
