As a fan of circus I was very happy to attend the premiere of Crépuscule - Raviver les braises. It might be helpful for you to have an English traduction in order to understand the theme. It could be something like Dusk - Rekindling the embers.
It was a warm evening, one of those nights where a sweater is not even necessary, so it was perfect to suit the theme of Flip Fabrique's new show. The performances were impressive and the symbiosis between the acrobats and Valaire's live music perfect. The music is festive, appropriate and very catchy (I found myself dancing on my chair). The 14 acrobats -mainly from Québec City- are extremely versatile. And what about the view during the show -I know I am biased on this one- but it's simply magic.

Seriously, you have to see it! You can't be disappointed: a circus AND music show for free, what a deal!
My advice : make the most of your evening by visiting the Cour arrière du Festival before or after the show. It's right next door and it's also one of the most beautiful patios in the area.
The circus show is presented from Tuesday to Sunday until September 4. There is simply no reason to miss it!
