Every summer in Québec City we get treated to a lot of shows, but this year my calendar is booked solid with must-see concerts. The city has earned a great reputation in the music world and manages to pull in bigger acts every year.
The line-up of international artists on Québec’s indoor and outdoor stages this summer is beyond everyone's wildest expectations. Music fans are going to love all the different styles—there’s something for every scene and every generation.
Ready to rock out this summer? Put on your dance pants and come to Québec City. Here are some of the shows you won’t want to miss:
- Justin Bieber, Def Leppard, Slipknot, Bryan Adams, Céline Dion and Maroon 5 at the Vidéotron Centre, the province's second largest arena
- Mumford and Sons on an outdoor stage at the Baie de Beauport
- Sting & Peter Gabriel, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rammstein et Duran Duran on the Plains of Abraham at the Festival d’été de Québec
- Elvis Experience, Robby Johnson et Enrico Macias au Le Capitole, an amazing mid-sized venue
- Corey Hart on an outdoor stage at Parc de la Francophonie (during ComediaHa! Fest-Québec)
