Friday Night: Drinks and Great Eats

To get the party started right, how about kicking off your girlfriend getaway at Québec City’s most iconic hot spot—the Château Frontenac? Start with drinks at Bistro Le Sam, which is famous for its creative mixologists and fantastic view of the St. Lawrence River. Wine & cheese bar Le 1608 is another option that’s simply majestic. If city views are more for you, the rotating Ciel! Bistro-Bar offers stunning views of town from virtually every angle. For dinner, the selection of restaurants serving up gourmet meals is practically endless.
Saturday Morning: Shopping Spree
Might as well pick out a new outfit for the evening ahead, as well as a few souvenirs to bring back home. Whether you prefer strolling downtown shopping streets and their quaint boutiques or hitting the mall for some retail therapy, you’ll probably have to show some restraint or be forced to bring home an extra suitcase.

Who doesn’t love indulging in a little pampering and “me time”? There are lots of options downtown offering a multitude of spa and wellness services. Unless you’d rather hop in the car for a quick drive to one of the many outdoor Nordic spas available outside of town? It’s the definitely the best way to take full advantage of the final stretch of a weekend that most likely went far too fast.
